We’re more than a therapy provider.
We’re also parents who’ve sat where you’re sitting and clinicians who speak your language. We’ve lived your questions, your fears, and your hopes — and we’re here to guide you with compassionate ABA services and unwavering advocacy in Georgia and South Carolina.
WHAT IS
ABA THERAPY?
ABA =
APPLIED
BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS.
That might sound technical, but here’s what it really means: it’s a way of helping your child build new skills and grow their independence, step by step, with encouragement every single time.
We focus on the skills that matter most for your child’s everyday life like talking, playing, following routines, making friends, handling big feelings and we teach them in ways that feel natural, supportive, and doable.
ABA isn’t a cookie-cutter program. A good plan is tailored to your child, your family, and your goals.

ABA in the comfort of your own home. We work on everyday skills where your child feels safe and relaxed, from morning routines to mealtime to playtime and bedtime. Sessions can range from just a few hours per day to a full-day schedule, depending on your child’s needs.
IN-HOME

ABA can happen anywhere life happens. We can support your child in real-life settings such as the park, the grocery store, summer camp, community events, or while running errands with you. These experiences help your child practice skills in the environments where they will use them most.
in the world

For our little ones who attend daycare or preschool, our therapists can be there for part of the day or the entire day. We focus on learning, social skills, and independence while partnering with teachers and other therapists to keep your child’s support consistent in every setting.

Who Can Benefit from ABA Therapy
ABA therapy is most often used to support children with:
Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD)
You may have just received the diagnosis or are still navigating what it means for your child.
Developmental
Delays
Your child may be hitting milestones later than expected, and you want to help them catch up.
Speech and
Language Delays
They might be talking less than peers or having trouble expressing needs.
Attention-Deficit/
Hyperactivity
Disorder (ADHD)
You notice challenges with focus, sitting still, or following directions.
Social
Communication
Challenges
Your child might struggle to connect with other kids or join in play.
Behavioral or
Emotional
Regulation Needs
Big feelings and meltdowns are making daily routines harder for both of you.
Early intervention simply means getting your child the right kind of help as soon as possible. The “early” part usually means before age 6, but the truth is… the sooner, the better.
When kids are little, their brains are growing and changing at lightning speed. That’s the perfect time to build skills that can make life easier — things like talking, playing, following routines, and handling big feelings.
Early intervention isn’t about rushing your child. It’s about giving them extra tools now so they have more confidence, more independence, and more joy later.
Those early wins matter. They make everyday life smoother and give your child a head start that they’ll carry with them for years.
So many families fall through the cracks between wondering if something is going on and actually getting the right support. That’s where we come in.
We walk with you from the very first questions — even before a diagnosis — through evaluations, services, and beyond. We explain what’s happening, help you understand your options, and stand beside you in every meeting, appointment, or next step.
Our job isn’t just to provide therapy. It’s to make sure your child and your family get the services, resources, and advocacy you need from day one.

ABA THERAPY IN NUMBERS
90%
of children who start ABA before age 6 make meaningful improvements in communication, social skills, or daily living skills.
100%
of states cover ABA therapy for children with autism through Medicaid.
50%
of Medicaid-eligible children with autism never receive ABA because families do not know it is covered or how it benefits their child.
80%
of a child’s brain development happens before age 6, making early intervention critical.

My son was diagnosed with autism at 2yo. He was non-verbal, didn't respond to his name or any social cues. A year with Twig & Sprout and he's an entirely different kid. I am confident I couldn't have achieved these goals without this team. We are grateful.
