Many of the children we work with have an autism diagnosis, developmental delays, speech or language delays, ADHD, or challenges with social communication, behavior, or emotional regulation. Some families come to us right after a diagnosis, while others are still seeking answers. Either way, you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out — we can help you navigate the process.

We also know every family’s situation is different. We work with parents, grandparents, guardians, foster families, and adoptive families. We collaborate closely with other professionals in your child’s life, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and teachers, to make sure everyone is working toward the same goals.

Twig & Sprout accepts Medicaid coverage for ABA therapy in both Georgia and South Carolina. In Georgia, we accept AmeriGroup, Peach State, and Katie Beckett Medicaid. In South Carolina, we accept TEFRA/Katie Beckett and Fee for Service Medicaid. Our team guides you through each step of the approval process so you can focus on your child, not the paperwork.
